③ Facilitating Seamless Communication Channels for User Transactions and Complaint Resolution: Validating the identities of complainants, confirming grievances, facilitating contact and notifications for fact-finding, disseminating various notices and notifications, including processing outcome notifications, maintaining records for receiving diverse grievances and mediating disputes, preventing illicit usage, and employing data for incident inquiries and the formulation of security protocols.

-Personal Identification Information: Name, Resident Registration Number (real-name verification number), identification (for foreigners, foreign registration number and passport combination resident number), unique identifier information, deposit account details, nationality, occupational category, address, email, mobile phone number, and other contact information.
-(Non-Face-to-Face/Untact Finance) Transaction Information: Service type, transaction conditions, date and time of the transaction, amount, and other details related to the transaction setup and history.

② Information Collected Under the Electronic Financial Transactions Act (Applicable Only to Non-Face-to-Face Transactions):
-In addition to the personal identification information, the data which is recorded on the transaction application form or information provided by the customer, including login ID, contact details, residential and workplace addresses.
-The information which is automatically collected during the use of services (such as the operating system type, browser version, IP address, logs) is utilized solely for the purpose of investigative cooperation in cases involving users with suspicious transactions.

Thereafter, the information will be retained and utilized solely for the purposes of investigating financial incidents, resolving disputes, handling complaints, and complying with legal obligations.

② Personal (credit) information gathered for membership registration and management purposes will be held and used from the date of the customer's membership initiation until the termination of the membership. Following the cessation of membership, the information will continue to be retained and utilized exclusively for investigating incidents related to its collection and use, resolving disputes, addressing complaints, and fulfilling legal requirements.

Consent for Overseas Transfer of Personal (Credit) Information

1. On overseas transfer of personal (credit) information

1) Entities Receiving Personal (Credit) Information, Purpose of Provision, and Items Provided for the Achievement of Transaction Objectives

2) Retention and Use Period of Personal (Credit) Information

① Personal (credit) information collected will be retained and utilized from the date consent for collection and use is granted until the expiry of the consent period for credit information provision and inquiry concerning the customer. Thereafter, the information will be retained and utilized solely for the purposes of investigating financial incidents, resolving disputes, handling complaints, and complying with legal obligations.

② Personal (credit) information gathered for membership registration and management purposes will be held and used from the date of the customer's membership initiation until the termination of the membership. Following the cessation of membership, the information will continue to be retained and utilized exclusively for investigating incidents related to its collection and use, resolving disputes, addressing complaints, and fulfilling legal requirements.

③ Personal information associated with non-face-to-face (online) transactions will be retained and utilized for the duration stipulated by Article 12 of the Enforcement Decree of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act.

④ Applicable Legislation:

I do understand that, in case HANPASS Co., Ltd. plans to collect and use customer personal (credit) information for the purpose of marketing and advertising, due and proper consent shall be obtained in accordance with relevant regulations such as the [Act on the Use and Protection of Credit Information] and the [Personal Information Protection Act]. Until withdrawal from HANPASS Co., Ltd. or revocation of consent.
(However, should other relevant statutes apply, the retention period specified by such statutes shall be complied with.)
